Lt Col Richard Chester CHESTER-MASTER, DSO, 13th Battalion King’s Royal Rifle Corps, is also commemorated on the Cheltenham War Memorial and the St Philip’s Church War Memorial. He is also commemorated on a brass plaque in the St Philip’s Church and also on Cirencester (St John The Baptist Parish Church) War Memorial.
He resided at “St Clair”, The Park, Cheltenham and his widow resided at Querns Lane House, Cirencester, after the war. |
