Notes:

1.   HILES died whilst serving with the National Reserve detachment of the 3/5th Bn Glos Regt.

2.   The Battalion became 5th (Reserve) Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment (TF) on 8th April 1916.

3.   The 5th (Reserve) Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment (TF) amalgamated with the 4th and 6th (Reserve) Battalions Gloucestershire Regiment (TF) to form the 4th (Reserve) Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment (TF).
