Pte Albert Edward POOL, 1st Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment, is buried in the North-West corner of the Churchyard. He died of wounds in Lincoln on 21st June 1916 as a result of accidental injuries sustained in the Loos area of France. He is commemorated on the Cheltenham War Memorial.
