“Cheltonians” Buried in War Graves in this Cemetery

Pte Aleck Howard BREWSTER, Worcestershire Regiment, is buried in Plot 7590.C.

He died of illness whilst serving in the Exmouth area of Devon on 9th January 1917, aged 29.

He is commemorated on the Cheltenham War Memorial and on the Cheltenham Roll of Honour 1914 – 1918.

His parents, Robert and Kate Brewster, resided at 114 Fairview Road, Cheltenham and later at Derby.
