“Cheltonians” buried in this Cemetery

Lieutenant Laurence William NEWBERY-BOSCHETTI, Royal Naval Reserve, HMS P32, died of illness in the UK on 26th October 1918.

He is commemorated on the Prestbury War Memorial and on the Prestbury (St Mary’s Church) War Memorial.   On both he is listed as BOSCHETTI.

He lived for a time at Napier House, Cheltenham and his wife, Jean Fraser Newbery-Boschetti resided at “Romani” Maidenhead, Berks.

At the foot of his headstone is the Remembrance Cross placed there on 24th March 2004.
