Captain Kenneth FORBES-ROBERTSON, 2nd Battalion Seaforth Highlanders, was killed in action in Ploegsteert Wood, Belgium, on 7th November 1914.

 

He has no known grave and is listed on the Ploegsteert Memorial To The Missing.

 

He is commemorated on the Cheltenham War Memorial, the Holy Apostles Church Roll of Honour and the Cheltenham College Roll of Honour.   He is also commemorated on the grave of his parents in Cheltenham Cemetery.

 

His parents, Farquhar and Laura Forbes-Robertson resided at 2 Keynsham Bank, London Road, Cheltenham.

2Lt Francis Claude UZZELL, 2/5th Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment, died of wounds on 3rd February 1918 in the Ham area of France and is buried in the Ham British Cemetery, Muille, France.

 

He is commemorated on the Cheltenham War Memorial, the Charlton Kings War Memorial and the Holy Apostles Church Roll of Honour.

 

His parents, George and Elizabeth Uzzell, resided at 2 Ashley Villas, London Road, Cheltenham.
