Notes:

1.   GEDDES served in the Royal Field Artillery prior to appointment to The General Staff.   He was also awarded French Legion of Honour and Romanian Order of the Crown.

2.   GLENNY served in the Special List as a District Officer with the WAFF.

3.   IEVERS had previously served in the Indian Army before volunteering for service with the Special List in 1914.
