Spr Herbert George CAUDLE, 82nd Field Company RE, killed in action near Grandcourt on 18th November 1916, the last day of the battle of the Somme.   He is also commemorated on the Bethesda Church, Cheltenham, Roll of Honour.

Spr Caudle is also commemorated on a 1914 – 1918 Roll of Honour located within the Church of St Peter at Newnham on Severn.   Details of this Roll of Honour can be viewed here.
