Driver James Sydney NUNNEY, 14th Reserve Battery, Royal Field Artillery, died on 30th January 1915 aged 22, and is buried in the cemetery in Plot K, Row 13, Grave 2.

 

He is commemorated on the Badgeworth (Holy Trinity Church) Roll of Honour.

 

He was the son of Sarah Nunney, of Hope Villa, Upper Hatherley, Cheltenham and the late James Nunney.

 

His brother, Harry Nunney, is also commemorated on the Roll of Honour in Holy Trinity Church.   (Harry survived the war and died in Gloucester in 1971).
